How to Recover Missing Photos/Videos from Locked Samsung Phone

Samsung smart phone users would like to take photos and videos with their Samsung. It is much more convenient to save pictures and videos in the Samsung gallery. But you may lose them due to accidental deletion, virus attack, system upgrade, factory reset, flash ROM and etc. Whats worse, you want to recover missing photos or videos from your locked Samsung device.



To some degree, Samsung phone locker can protect your private information and others can not read your phone without your password. Step 1: Unlock Your Samsung Phone or Tablet
There are many ways you can try to unlock your Samsung before restoring your deleted data like photos and videos.

All Samsung devices come with Find My Mobile feature. In order to remove Samsung lock screen pattern, PIN, password and fingerprint, you can follow the steps below.
Set up and log in your Samsung account -> Press Lock My Screen -> Enter new  PIN in the first filed -> Hit Lock button at the bottom -> After a while, the older lock screen password will be changed to the PIN so that you can unlock your Samsung device.

If you are using a third-party lock screen software or app. You need boot your Samsung into safe mode.
Open the power menu from the locked screen and press and hold Power off -> Hit OK, if it ask you to boot in same mode -> If the process finishes, it will temporarily disable the the third-party lock screen.






If you do not want to try other ways, you can choose the most safe way, that is to factory reset your Samsung device. But this way will delete all your previous data after factory reset, so you are supposed to backup your phone first. After saving your Samsung data to somewhere safe, you can do as follows:
Hold the power button and volume down at the same time. This will open bootloader menu -> Hold volume down button two times to choose Recovery Mode and select it by clicking Power button -> Press the power button and tap Volume Up once and you will enter Recovery mode -> Select Wipe Data/Factory reset by using volume buttons -> Choose it via pressing power button -> Select Reboot System Now if the process is done.

After remove the Samsung screen lock, you can freely recover the missing data like photos, videos, contacts, text messages, call logs, WhatsApp messages, Viber messages from Samsung.
